Campaign technology: How to win in elections

Alumni of a top caliber university in the country, following the ascendancy of the first lady president in 1986 have painstakingly developed a grassroots-based political campaign technology and applied the same to Philippine elections. The technology is also appropriate for settings similar to the Philippines in Asia, as well as other regions.

In the late 1990s, an unheard of person became a Councilor in one of the largest cities of the national capital region - Metropolitan Manila. The Councilor continued to use the technology and became a Congressman of his very important city. Another virtually unknown, a lawyer from Manila, ran for the post of provincial Governor and won hands down to the surprise of his opponents in his province.

The same Governor ran for two other terms and was re-elected on those occasions. After three terms as Governor, the lawyer ran for another post and won a seat as Member of the House of Representatives.

Aside from the Governor the experience of other winners in small towns in Bulacan, a province in Luzon and Eastern Mindanao are wholly similar to the above where the unpopular candidate becomes the landslide triumphant contender. Thanks to the trusted campaign technology that took decades to develop and perfect.

In four occasions, the technology was laid in place within the locale where interested client wanted to run a campaign for a political post. The prospective client decided to listen to advice from very concerned confidantes and resolved to disallow the continuance of the use of the campaign technology. On all four occasions, the group did not lift a finger and completely did not participate in the prospect client's campaign. On these four cases, the candidate lost to the political opponent. One client comes from the most important city of the national capital region; the other client from an adjacent city; the third comes from a coastal town in Zambales; and a fourth client.

These are among the accomplishments of the group through their technology. In their time, it was not popular to use computers, the Geographic Information System, Oracle networking and many new technologies that will help shape the kind of technology they have been using to win elections.

Now that new innovative hardware and software exist, the task of the group has become less tedious. It is now easier to generate victory for a candidate as long as the adequate amount of resources are in place. For this reason, more candidates can benefit from the same technology, for as long as the candidates are fairly more deserving than their political rivals in terms of competence, discipline, acceptance of the novel system of campaign and most of all, a desire to serve as opposed to the obsession to amass personal wealth, gain more notoriety and engage in extra-legal acts while in public office. This site, through email info@modernpolls.net and info@centrehumanes.org, welcomes all inquiries by prospective candidates who wish to avail of the novel campaign technology.
